Approval for Minutes from March 7, 2012
meeting.
1. B. Murphy moved to approve the General Minutes; M. Dufresne 2nd. All in
favor.
2. B. Murphy moved to approve the minutes from the Minor PUD with
Conditional Use and Site Plan approval; M.
Dufresne 2nd. All in
favor.
3. M. Dufresnemoved to accept the minutes from the Stinehour Sketch Plan;
P. Rainville2nd. All in favor.
There will be no hearings held on April
4, 2012.

Casey expressed concern about the
language regarding the Location of Roads in the 2011 Development Regulations,
Article 7, Section7.6.E.2. It should
refer to roads serving three or more living units or uses, not two. Skip referred to page 2 of the Regulations
regarding Interpretation, allowing the Board to update definitions and
rulings of interpretation (essentially to correct the mistake) without the need
to amend the document. M. Casey moved to change the two to
three in Article7, Section 7.6.E.2 in reference to the number of living units; B. Murphy 2nd. All in favor.
P.
Rainville offered to recuse himself
from the Stinehour 6-lot subdivision Final Plat hearing (not yet scheduled)
because his property abuts. The Board
did not feel it was necessary.
