Planning Commission March 21, 2006

FAIRFAX TOWN OFFICE

PC MEMBERS PRESENT: G. Heyer, M. Hunziker, R. Wimble,

Public Present: S. Taylor, ZA

The meeting was called to order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM.

The minutes from March 7, 2006 were reviewed. M. Hunziker made a motion to accept the minutes from March 7, 2006. R. Wimble second. G. Heyer, M. Hunziker, and R. Wimble in favor.

Discussion continued on the Bylaw changes. Skip Taylor discussed the sections he identified that may need to be inserted into the Bylaws or that may need change. Changes were made and discussion continued on many sections including Recreational/Camping vehicles. Greg Heyer discussed the letter from Bob Horr regarding the State of Vermont Solid Waste Organization and the need to update the Solid Waste Implementation Plan (SWIP).

9:15PM M. Hunziker made a motion to adjourn. R. Wimble second. All in favor.

The next meeting will be Tuesday evening April 4, 2006.
