The meeting was called to
order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM.
The minutes from February 28,
2006 were reviewed. A. Lemieux made a motion to accept the
minutes from February 28, 2006. M. Hunziker second. G. Heyer, M. Hunziker,
R. Wimble. A. Lemieux and P. Hudson in favor.
Discussion again continued on
the Bylaw changes. Skip Taylor pointed
out the sections he identified that may need to be inserted into the Bylaws or
that may need change. These topics
included: obstruction of vision, water supply, sewage disposal standards,
effect of final approval, and garbage collection. Mark Hunziker’s definitions of affordable housing and elderly
housing were discussed. The topic of recreational vehicles was also discussed
and it was decided that more work will need to be done on that section.
9:25PM A. Lemieux made a motion to adjourn. P. Hudson second. All in
favor.
The next meeting will be Tuesday evening March 21st.
