The meeting was called to
order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM.
The minutes from January 31,
2006 were reviewed. M. Hunziker made a motion to accept the
minutes from January 31, 2006. A. Lemieux second. G. Heyer,
A. Lemieux, M. Hunziker in favor.
S. Taylor, ZA, asked the
Planning Commission if they would nominate a temporary acting Zoning
Administrator to be authorized only when the Zoning Administrator is away for
an extended period of time or when he must recuse himself from acting on a
zoning matter because of a personal interest in the matter. M. Hunziker made a
motion to nominate Cathy Raymond, Zoning and Planning Assistant to be the
temporary Zoning Administrator in the absence of Skip Taylor. A. Lemieux second. G. Heyer, M. Hunziker and
A. Lemieux in favor. A letter stating this recommendation will be given to the
Select Board.
Discussion again continued on
the Bylaw changes. Mark Hunziker again
identified many sections and definitions that needed change. S. Taylor will
research the wording of Article V, Section 507. He also will re-write section 8.0 of Appendex A, standards regarding
sewage disposal.
9:25PM A. Lemieux made a motion to adjourn. M. Hunziker second. All
in favor.
The next meeting will be on February 28th.
