The meeting was called to
order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM.
The minutes from January 17,
2006 were reviewed. A. Lemieux made a motion to accept the
minutes from January 17, 2006. M. Hunziker second. G. Heyer, A. Lemieux, M. Hunziker and P.
Hudson in favor.
S. Taylor discussed the hand
out from Tim Beaucage of Northwest Regional Planning regarding the strategies
for keeping land as agricultural land without penalizing the farmer who may
want to convert the land into developments. It was determined that this
information will be very helpful during future discussion of the Town Plan.
Discussion again continued on
the Bylaw changes. Mark Hunziker
identified many sections that needed change. S. Taylor will research the
section on Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks and will make recommendations
next meeting.
9:25PM A. Lemieux made a motion to adjourn. P. Hudson second. All in
favor.
The next meetings will be on February 7th
and February 28th.
