7:40 PM G. Heyer called the meeting to order. The Minutes from January 8, 2008 were reviewed: A. Lemieux made a motion to approve the Minutes from January 8, 2008. M. Hunziker second. All in favor. The Board reviewed the first four sections of the existing Town Plan and noted areas for change. C. Raymond will send suggested changes to G. Brunswick, NRPC, to be incorporated in a draft of the new Town Plan.
8:55 PM A. Lemieux made a motion to adjourn. M. Hunziker second. All in favor.
The next meeting will be on January 29, 2008.
