JASON AND ELIZABETH MINOR FINAL PLAT HEARING FOR A 2-LOT SUBDIVISION AT 117 HIGHBRIDGE RD

Members Present: M. Casey, J. Beers, B. Murphy, J. Heyer

Alternates Present: P. Rainville

Applicant Present: Jason Minor

Public Present: S. Taylor

 

7:03 PM:  The warning was read, introductions made, and interested persons sworn in.

 

Two action items from the Sketch Plan were discussed:

-          Skip told the Board that the Survey had been delivered to the Zoning Office.  The acreage size for the lot containing the Bed and Breakfast was changed to be exact instead of plus or minus.  There was general discussion about requirements for noting acreage.

-          The Land Trust agreement was received.

 

There was no additional information from J. Minor.

 

B. Murphy asked if there would be any new residences on the remaining land.  J. Minor said no, only agricultural structures.  There was discussion regarding Rural Enterprise.

 

There were no other questions from the Board.

 

7:00 PM- B. Murphy moved to close the hearing and move to deliberative; P. Rainville 2nd.  All in favor.
