7:00 PM- J. Heyercalled the meeting to order, the warning was read, introductions made, and interested persons sworn in.


Action items from the Sketch Plan Hearing were-

-Access permit: submitted and approved

-Survey map with seal and signature: submitted


Skip explained the intention to relocate the existing sewer line that crosses the property to the apartments on Mountain View St. The survey should include the location of the new sewer line to Mountain View Apartments and an easement will be noted on the final map.


The acreage for the lot will be .62 acres.


There was general discussion on water and sewer lines, and development rights.


7:10 PM- C. Rainville moved to close the hearing to public input and move to deliberative; J. Beers 2nd. All in favor.
