7:00- J. Heyer called the meeting to order.
William
Bowman Administrative Review of a 2-lot subdivision at 392 Sam Webb Rd.
7:35- Steve and Kathleen McDonald Sketch Plan Review for a 2-lot
subdivision of property at 1224 Main St.
8:15PM- B. Murphy moved to accept both the General Minutes and the Bessette
Administrative Review minutes from the December 7, 2011 meeting; C. Rainville 2nd. All in favor.
The Board approved copy (with minor
changes) for the 2011 DRB Report for the 2011 Town Report.
There was discussion regarding road
improvements and the difference between development and an increase in
traffic.
There will be no meeting on January 4, 2012.
