GENERAL MINUTES – December 15, 2010

7:00 PM   J. Heyer called the meeting to order. B. Murphy suggested a small change to the 12/8/10 General Minutes.  B. Murphy moved to approve both minutes (General Minutes and Handy Boundary Adjustment Hearing minutes) with changes.  C. Rainville second.  All approved.

 

There will be no DRB meeting January 5, 2011.

 

On January 31, 2011 the Selectboard plans its first public hearing on the New Development Regulations.  Time and location to be determined.

 

7:15 PM  Jody and Karl Mossey Administrative Review for 2-lot Subdivision.

 

7:30 PM  B. Murphy moved to enter deliberative with, Skip Taylor included, for Billado 5-lot PUD at 44 Goose Pond Rd.  J. Beers second.  All in favor.

 

8:30 PM  C. Rainville moved to exit deliberative.  B. Murphy second.  All approve.

 

No new business.

 

8:35 PM  B. Murphy moved to adjourn.  C. Rainville second.  All approve.

7:15 PM  JODY AND KARL MOSSEY ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW FOR 2-LOT SUBDIVISION

 

Members present: J. Heyer, B. Murphy, C. Rainville, J. Beers.

Alternate Present: None

Public Present: Skip Taylor, ZA

 

 

7:15 PM  The public notice was read.  Skip Taylor was sworn in.  Skip presented the Administrative Review to the board. Discussion included hammerhead, driveway, and access permit.  Condition #5 on Finding of Fact and Order (access permit) removed – now 6 Conditions instead of 7.  The Findings of Fact and Order otherwise unchanged.  J. Beers moved to accept the Zoning Administrator’s recommendation for approval.  B. Murphy second.  All approve.  The Findings of Fact and Order was signed by S. Taylor and J. Heyer.
