GENERAL MINUTES

7:00 PM   J. Heyer called the meeting to order. Gabe Handy Administrative Review for a Boundary Adjustment for properties at 7 and 15 Maple Street.

 

7:15 PM   The minutes from November 17, 2010 were reviewed. B. Murphy made a motion to approve the General Minutes and the Billado Final Plat Hearing Minutes from November 17, 2010.  J. Beers second.  All in favor. 

 

 

7:17  PM   Henning Paper Map and Mylar.  Mylar received 12/6/10.  Recording information correct.  Some discussion re: trees filling in gaps as visual barriers.  J. Beers moved to accept Mylar and Paper Map.  C. Rainville second.  All in favor.  J. Heyer signed the Mylar.

 

7:25 PM.  J. Beers moved to adjourn.  C. Rainville second.  All in favor.

7:00 PM  DIANE AND GABE HANDY Administrative Review for a Boundary Adjustment for Properties at 7 and 15  Maple Street.

Public Present: Skip Taylor, ZA

 

 

7:00 PM  The public notice was read.  Skip Taylor was sworn in.  He conducted the Administrative Review and did the presentation to the board. Skip approved of the changes to the boundary.  No special conditions were recommended for project approval with the exception of allowing the recording information to be handwritten on the paper map and mylar.  J. Beers moved to approve Skip’s recommendations.  C. Rainville seconded.  All approved.  J. Beers moved to allow Jason to sign the mylar and paper map and to enter by hand the recording information on the paper map and mylar.  All approved.
