7PM- The Board welcomed Michelle Dufresne as a new member, bringing the DRB back up to 5 members.

Bessette Administrative Review of a 2-lot Subdivision at 1979 Main St.

7:15PM- B. Murphy moved to accept both the General Minutes and the Ducharme/Bushey Boundary Adjustment Administrative Review Minutes from November 2, 2011; M. Casey 2^nd. All in favor.

Skip updated Selectboard appointments and terms for the DRB:

4-Year Terms:

Jason Heyer: 10-8-2015

Barb Murphy: 10-16-2014

Claude Rainville: 9-26-2013

Mary Casey: 3-1-2014

Michelle Dufresne: 12-7-2015

There was discussion regarding upcoming hearings.
