-Magnan 2-lot Subdivision: M. Casey moved to accept the minutes; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.

-Minor PUD: moved to accept the minutes, as amended; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.

7:11 PM- C. Rainville moved to enter deliberative, with Skip Taylor present; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.

9:37 PM- C. Rainville moved to exit deliberative; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.

9:38 PM- C. Rainville moved to adjourn; M. Dufresne 2^nd. All in favor.
