GENERAL MINUTES

7:00PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order.

B. Murphy moved to approve the General Minutes from the September 5, 2012 meeting; C. Rainville 2^nd. All in favor.

Norman Stinehour and Joyce Hakey Revision to 5-lot Subdivision at 233 Huntville Rd. MAP AND MYLAR-

M. Dufresne moved to accept the map and Mylar; C. Rainville 2^nd. B. Murphy, M. Dufresne, and C. Rainville voted in favor. (J. Heyer and M. Casey abstained.)

7:15PM- Jesse Suter and Michelle Force, and Cynthia Pease-Stratton Boundary Adjustment

7:10PM- Leon Beliveau Conditional Use Hearing for a Proposed Rooming and Boarding House at 1166 Main St.

9:05PM- End of hearing.

There was discussion among the Board regarding the designation of abutters, and water allocations.

9:15PM- M. Casey moved to adjourn; B. Murphy 2^nd. All in favor.
