Diane Pfanstiel Final Plat Hearing for a proposed 4-lot
subdivision of a 44.4 acre parcel at 50 King Rd (KI0050) and Boundary
Adjustment with Jon and Michelle Spaulding at 30 King Rd (KI0030)
J. Beers moved to approve both minutes (General minutes and Meunier Final Plat Hearing for a 2-lot subdivision); M. Casey 2nd. All in favor.
Julie Beers announced her resignation from the Development Review
Board effective September 21, 2011 because her family is relocating out of
state.
8:20 PM: J.
Beers moved to enter deliberative, with Skip present; C. Rainville 2nd.
All in favor.
9:30 PM: C.
Rainville moved to exit deliberative; B.
Murphy 2nd. All in
favor.
