GENERAL MINUTES

Members Present: J, Heyer, J. Beers, M. Casey, C. Rainville

Alternates Present: None

Public Present: S. Taylor, ZA

 

7:00 PM- James and Lena Meunier (Mountain View Associates) Final Plat Review for 2-Lot Subdivision at 11 and 17 Mountain View St (MV0011 and MV0017).

 

7:10 PM- Hearing Closed.

 

J. Heyersigned a letter authorizing a 6 month extension for the Final Plat Hearing on Chris Lynch’s proposed 3-lot Subdivision on Buck Hollow Rd.

 

Skip gave the Board new cover sheets and an updated page 38 for the Fairfax Development Regulations reflecting the changes approved by the Selectboard on August 15, 2011 reflecting degree of non-conformity.

 

M. Casey moved to accept the minutes from the August 3, 2011 Variance hearing for William Albright; J. Beers 2nd.  All in favor.

 

C. Rainville moved to accept the General Minutes from the August 3, 2011 meeting; J. Beers 2nd.  All in favor.

 

M. Casey explained the proposed Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act.  The Board discussed how new regulations would affect maps and mylars, the DRB’s responsibilities, and title searches.  Mary will bring tothe Board additional information afterascheduled September 23, 2011 meeting about the Act.

 

Wanda Palmer Map and Mylar:  Map shows a 30’ ROW.  J. Beers moved to accept the Mylar; M. Casey 2nd.  All in favor.J. Heyer signed the Mylar.

 

There was discussion on variances and the definitions of ‘reasonable use’ and ‘developed.’

 

8:00 PM- C. Rainville moved to adjourn; M. Casey 2nd.  All in favor.
