7:00 PM- J.
Heyer called the meeting to order. M. Dufresne moved to accept the General
Minutes from August 1, 2012; M. Casey
2nd. All in favor.
There was discussion regarding the upcoming schedule
and the need for alternates to attend.
There was additional discussion on State Permits and deadline
expectations.
7:15 PM- Joyal/Magnan
Boundary Adjustment Administrative Review at 391 Berthiaume Rd. and 527
Cherrierville Rd.
7:25 PM- hearing ended
The Board discussed the planned Community Discussion
on September 8, 2012 regarding the
options for a new Town Office. The
meeting will be at 10AM at the school.
A mailer is being prepared to give Community members updates. There are 2 more Community Discussions
planned before Election Day.
8:00 PM- Fairfax
Falls, LLC Sketch Plan hearing for a 9-lot PUD at 1 Arbor Meadow
9:10 PM- Hearing ended
There was a short discussion from B. Murphy questioning whether there is a need to recuse herself
from the Arbor Meadow 9-lot PUD. The
Board decided there was no need.
9:12 PM- M.
Casey moved to adjourn; M. Dufresne
2nd. All in favor.
