GENERAL MINUTES

7:00 PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order. Bil Albright Variance Hearing for 31 Maxfield Rd. (MX0031)

8:30 PM- Hearing closed

B. Murphy moved to accept the General Minutes and the Minor Final Plat Hearing Minutes from July 20, 2011; J. Beers 2^nd. All in favor.

The Board scheduled the deliberative for the Albright Variance for the September 7, 2011 DRB meeting.

There was discussion regarding hearings and deliberatives without a full Board.

8:40 PM- C. Rainville moved to enter deliberative (with S. Taylor attending) for the Minor2-Lot Subdivision at 117 Highbridge Rd; J. Beers 2^nd. All in favor.

8:50 PM- B. Murphy moved to exit deliberative; M. Casey 2^nd. All in favor.

8:52 PM- J. Beers moved to adjourn; B. Murphy 2^nd. All in favor.
