Heyer called the meeting to order.
MINOR
FINAL PLAT HEARING FOR A 2-LOT SUBDIVISION ON 117 HIGHBRIDGE RD.
7:20 PM- Hearing closed
B. Murphy moved to accept the General Minutes and the Wanda
Palmer Administrative Review Minutes from July 6, 2011; J. Beers 2nd.
All in favor.
Skip gave the Board copies of the new Town of Fairfax Statement of Procedures
and Standards Regarding Town Highways approved by the Selectboard. This is a supplemental document to the
Development Regulations.
There was general discussion on information and
newsletters from various State and Regional Planning organizations.
The next meeting will be August 3, 2011.
