DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD Wednesday, July 6, 2011

GENERAL MINUTES

Members Present: J. Heyer, C. Rainville, M. Casey, B. Murphy, J. Beers

Alternates: None

Public Present: S. Taylor

7:00 PM: J. Heyer called the meeting to order. Wanda Palmer Administative Review of a 2-Lot Subdivision at 90 Cherrierville Rd.

7:30 PM: J. Beers moved to accept the General Minutes, the Blakeney hearing minutes, and the Barkyoumb re-convened hearing minutes from June 15, 2011; B. Murphy 2^nd. All in favor.

There was discussion re: upcoming hearing schedules, wetland maps, and Army Corps maps.

7:35 PM: Map and Mylar for Blakeney. The mylar matches the map.Recording information is correct. Density was calculated for each lot. The mylar meets all requirements. B. Murphy moved to accept the map and mylar; M. Casey 2^nd. All in favor.

There was additional discussion on the proposed amendment to the Development Regulations in regards to degree of conformity and variances. The Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, July 12, 2011.

7:50 PM: Deliberative for Barkyoumb Variance. C. Rainville moved to enter deliberative with S. Taylor participating; J. Beers 2^nd. All in favor.

8:32 PM: C. Rainville moved to exit deliberative; B. Murphy 2nd. All in favor.

B. Murphy moved to adjourn; M. Casey 2^nd. All in favor.
