7:00 PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order.
Barkyoumb variance hearing
7:55 PM- M. Casey moved to recess the hearing to June 15, 2011 at 7 PM; J. Beers 2nd. All in favor.
S. Taylor proposed he draft a letter to the Planning Commission regarding the changes in the variance requirements in the new Development Regulations. The Board agreed.
8:00 PM- Meunier Sketch Plan Hearing
8:20 PM- C. Rainville moved to close the hearing; B. Murphy 2nd. All in favor.
Audette Paper Map and Mylar- The mylar was signed and sealed by the engineer; all recording information correct. B. Murphy moved to accept the paper map and mylar; J. Beers 2nd. All in favor. J. Heyer signed the mylar for the Board.
Mossey Paper Map and Mylar- There was some stretching of the mylar but the measurements havent changed. The contour lines were removed on the final map. The house was removed from the map but the building envelope remained. Required notes added. The recording information was correct. J. Beers moved to accept the map and mylar; B. Murphy 2nd. C. Rainville and J. Heyer approved. M. Casey abstained. J. Heyer signed the minutes for the Board.
B. Murphy moved to accept the General Minutes, the Jenness Site Plan Revision minutes, and the Minor 2-lot Subdivision minutes (with a minor change) from May 4, 2011; J. Beers 2nd. All in favor.
8:45 PM- B. Murphy moved to enter deliberative on the Jenness Site Plan Revision; C. Rainville 2nd. All in favor.
9:05 PM- B. Murphy moved to exit deliberative; C. Rainville 2nd. All in favor.
B. Murphy moved to approve the Jenness Revision; J. Beers 2nd. All in favor. J. Heyer signed the Findings of Fact and Order for the Board.
There was general discussion on variances (the old development regulations vs. the new ones), non-conformities and setbacks. There was also nformation on upcoming seminars.
9:10 PM- J. Beers moved to adjourn; C. Rainville 2nd. All in favor.
