7:00 PM – J. Heyer called the meeting to order. Krystal Jenness Site Plan Revision Hearing for 1282 Main St (MA1282).

7:20 PM – Hearing closed. J. Beers moved to accept the General Minutes (with corrections) from April 20, 2011; C. Rainville 2nd. All in favor.

B. Murphy moved to accept the Audette 2-lot subdivision hearing minutes (with correction) from April 20, 2011; C. Rainville 2^nd. All in favor.

Phanstiel 4-lot subdivision – Skip will ask M. Averill to remove the Lot 2 designation on the Spaulding lot. J Beers moved to accept the minutes (with corrections to clarify language) for the Phanstiel hearing of April 20, 2011; C. Rainville 2^nd. All in favor.

7:45 PM – Minor 2-Lot Subdivision Sketch Plan Hearing

8:35 PM – Hearing closed

8:40 PM – J. Beers moved to adjourn; C. Rainville 2^nd. All in favor.
