Heyer called the meeting to order. B.
Murphy moved to accept the General and hearing minutes from the March 21,
2012 meeting; C. Rainville 2nd. All in favor.
Maps and
Mylars
1.
Mountain View Associates for a 2-lot subdivision at 11
and 17 Mountain View St: The date on
the map was incorrect (2011 instead of 2012) and the Board asked that there be
a revision date added. There was
discussion regarding asking the surveyor not to add a date to the map. B.
Murphy moved to accept the map and Mylar with a request that the date be
corrected or the year be left blank and give Jason permission to sign it; C.
Rainville 2nd. All in
favor.

Ducharme/Bushey Boundary Adjustment at 27 and 28 Wells
Rd:M. Casey moved to accept the paper
map and Mylar; B. Murphy 2nd. All in favor.

McDonald 2-lot subdivision at 1224 Main St. (Fairfax
Rescue): There was discussion
regarding easements, wastewater, water/sewer lines, Rights of Way, and the
Selectboard accepting Goodall St.B.
Murphy moved to correct scriveners error in the Findings of Fact and Order
(Condition 5.2); P. Rainville 2nd. All in favor.
P. Rainville moved to accept the paper map and Mylar; B. Murphy 2nd. All in favor.
The Board discussed the new wording for
the Development Regulations re:
Article 7, Section 7.6.E.2. Members
will get amended copies.
Skip recommended that the word new be
removed from the Development Regulations
in Article 7 (first paragraph) and also in Section 1.04 (Highway Construction)
of the Town of Fairfax Statement of
Procedures and Standards Regarding Town Highways to maintain
consistency. These standards should
apply to all roads being upgraded, not just new ones. Northwest Regional Planning advises to do an administrative
correction for both. The Board asked
Skip to ask the Selectboard about changes to the Statement to Procedures and
Standards. The DRB decided to wait to
act on this until a future date.
Deliberative
for Minor PUD at 117 Highbridge Rd
8:20 PM- B.
Murphy moved to enter deliberative, with Skip present; P. Rainville 2nd.
All in favor.
9:45 PM- B.
Murphy moved to exit deliberative; P. Rainville 2nd. All in favor.
9:46 pm- M.
Casey moved to adjourn; M. Dufresne
2nd. All in favor.
