GENERAL MINUTES

7:30 PM J. Heyer called the meeting to order. The request from the Selectboard regarding their monthly Town of Fairfax updates to be printed in the Fairfax News, was discussed. It was agreed that a simple announcement from the DRB regarding meeting days and times would be appropriate. The minutes from March 18, 2009 were reviewed. C. Streets made a motion to approve the general minutes from March 18, 2009. J. Beers second. All in favor. J. Beers made a motion to approve the 1098 Main Street, LLC (Steeple Market) minutes with one correction. P. Rainville second. All in favor.

7:37 P.M C. Streets made a motion to enter deliberative session with S. Taylor, Z.A. included. P. Rainville second. All in favor.

8:40 PM C. Streets made a motion to exit deliberative session. J. Beers second. All in favor.

C. Streets made a motion to adjourn. B. Murphy second. All in favor.
