7:00 PM J. Beers called the meeting to order. Lynch Sketch Plan Hearing for a 3-lot Subdivision on Buck Hollow Rd. (Parcel ID BH231)
7:00 PM Hearing closed.
7:35 PM M. Casey suggested small corrections to the March 2, 2011 General minutes and the minutes from the March 2, 2011 Townsend Variance Hearing. M. Casey moved to accept the General Minutes, with corrections; P. Rainville 2nd. All approved. P. Rainville moved to accept the Townsend Variance minutes, with corrections; B. Murphy 2nd. All approved. J. Beers signed the minutes.
Paige Estates Mylar The ink on the map was smudged. State statute says a Mylar must be clear and permanent. There was also a question whether this was a Mylar since it was not transparent or opaque, and additional questions whether the Board could request a transparent Mylar. B. Murphy moved to not accept the Mylar since it was not permanent; C. Rainville 2nd. All approved.
Information for the Town Officers Conference was passed out to the Board.
The next meeting will be April 6, 2011 at 7 PM at the Town Offices.
8:15 PM B. Murphy moved to enter deliberative on the Townsend Variance; P. Rainville 2nd. All approved.
9:00 PM C. Rainville moved to exit deliberative; B. Murphy 2nd. All approved.
