7:00 PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order. B. Murphy moved to accept the General Minutes from the January 4, 2012 meeting; M. Dufresne 2nd. All in favor.
7:02 PM- Jason and Elizabeth Minor PUD with Conditional Use and Site Plan Approval at 117 Highbridge Rd.
7:43 PM- Hearing closed
7:46 PM- Stinehour 6-Lot Subdivision Sketch Planfor 233 Huntville Rd. and Boundary Adjustment between 233 Huntville Rd and 44 Ferguson Rd.
8:25 PM- Hearing closed
8:32 PM- McDonald Preliminary and Final Plat, combined with Conditional Use and Site Plan Reviews for property at 1224 Main St.
9:17 PM- Hearing Closed
Gabe Handy asked the Board if they would discuss with him options for the Food Venture Building. The Board told Mr. Handy they were not comfortable with this.
Map and Mylar for Rooney - Revision to Final Plat Revision for a 13-lot subdivision at 26 Apple Tree Rd.
Skip presented the map and Mylar. The recording information was correct and the Mylar was identical to the map. B. Murphy moved to accept the map and Mylar; M. Casey 2nd. All in favor.J. Heyersigned the Mylar for the Board.
There was discussion regarding moving the start of any scheduled hearings from 7:00 to 7:15 to allow the Board to approve minutes from the previous meeting and generally settle in before the start of any hearings, avoiding the need to come in early before a 7:00 hearing. The board agreed to begin hearings at 7:15, starting after the already warned hearing for 7PM on March 21, 2012.
There was discussion regarding the upcoming schedule of hearings, and a list of sample motions to be used at DRB hearings and meetings.
