Development Review Board Wednesday, March 2, 2011

GENERAL MINUTES

Members Present: J. Heyer, B. Murphy, C. Rainville, M. Casey

Alternates Present: P. Rainville

7:00 PM J.Heyer call the meeting to order.

-Townsend Variance Hearing

7:25 PM - Recess From Townsend Hearing.

C. Rainville moved to accept the general minutes from the February 16, 2011 meeting; B. Murphy 2^nd. All approve.

Young/Vanslette Boundary Adjustment Map and Mylar – There were some small changes in notes and distances on Mylar from the paper map but none associated with pertinent lots. The recording information was correct. M. Casey moved to accept the map and Mylar; P. Rainville 2^nd. All approved.

Benoit Map and Mylar – Mylar is identical to the map. Recording information is incorrect – dated 2001 instead of 2011. All other information is correct. The board cannot accept until the date is corrected.

7:45 PM - Reconvene Townsend Variance Hearing

8:00 PM – Townsend Hearing closed to input.

The Selectboard has asked for the DRB’s input on finding a location for a new Town Office including whether it should be located in the Town Center or a more rural area. The Village Center designation could result in grants from the state to help build a new Town office. The Board feels that all options should be considered.

The next meeting of the DRB will be March 16, 2011 at 7PM.

B. Murphy moved to adjourn; C. Rainville 2^nd. All approve.
