BAILLARGEON/MARRIOTT - BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT – ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW

39 PLAINS ROAD AND 30 PLAINS ROAD

Members Present: J. Heyer, B. Murphy, J. Beers, C. Rainville

Public Present: S. Taylor, Z.A; Robert Alsop; Janet Marriott

7:00 PM    The public notice was read and attendees signed in. Interested parties were sworn in.  S. Taylor, Zoning Administrator made the presentation.  The properties involved are all family land.  The property at 30 Plains Road contains the Marriott’s residence.  The property at 39 Plains Road contains a couple of outbuildings used by the Marriotts, but no residence.  This Boundary Adjustment will add 2.3 acres to the Marriott parcel and subtract 2.3 acres from the Baillargeon parcel. The lot was an odd shape before this adjustment.  This will allow the outbuildings to be within the setback requirements.  The lots will be more conforming than before.

R. Alsop asked about the existing ROW and also wanted to verify the boundary lines.

The Findings of Fact and Order that was prepared by the Zoning Administrator was reviewed by the Board.  No State Permits will be required.  New Deeds will need to be prepared by an Attorney and Recorded in the Land Records.  B. Murphy made a motion to approve the Zoning Administrator’s Review of the Boundary Adjustment.  C. Rainville second.  All in favor.  Both S. Taylor and J. Heyer signed the Findings of Fact and Order.  J. Marriott was given a copy of the signed Findings of Fact and Order.

8:25 PM  C. Rainville made a motion to adjourn.  J. Beers second.  All in favor.

Respectfully Submitted,

Cathy Raymond, Zoning and Planning Assistant
