Bessette Revision to Final Plat at 1979 Main St (MA1979)

Members Present: M. Casey, M. Dufresne, J. Heyer, C. Rainville, B. Murphy

Alternates Present: none

Applicants Present: Robert Bessette, Timothy Bessette

Public Present: S. Taylor, ZA

 

7:15 PM- The warning was read, introductions made, and interested persons sworn in. Mr. Bessette explained that the original approval will remain the same, except the State will not allow a second driveway. The location of the access will change to the new lot and serve both lots. There was discussion regarding rights-of-way, screening, topography, ditches, retiring the current driveway, and access permits. Skip said that the deeds would need to include the easements. M. Casey questioned whether the driveway was safe as proposed because of headlights running parallel to the road on the wrong side for the proposed distance.

 

7:35 PM- C. Rainville moved to close to public input and move to deliberative; B. Murphy 2nd. All in favor.
