Robert Bessette Administrative Review of
a 2-Lot Subdivision at 1979 Main St.
Members Present: J. Heyer, C. Rainville, B. Murphy, M. Casey, M. Dufresne

Taylor, ZA
7:00 PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order. The warning was read, introductions were made, and interested persons sworn in.
S. Taylor showed the Board the
survey. The subdivision divides a
2.01-acre lot from an original 10-acre parcel.
The Zoning Administrator said that the subdivision meets all requirements
and recommende that the Board approve the subdivision.
There was general discussion regarding access permits, building permits, and all applicable State permits. There were questions about deed language for the mound system and the need for new deeds for both properties. M. Casey asked about access to the property for maintenance of the mound system; B. Murphy asked about secondary access to the property if needed, and clarification about a drainage swale on the survey.
There was no comment from the public.
7:10PM- M. Casey moved to accept the ZA’s recommendationfor approval;B. Murphy 2nd. All in favor.
J. Heyer signed the Findings of Fact and Order for the Board and gave it to the applicant.
