These minutes are unofficial until approved by the Board at the next regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00PM. Randy asked the board if he could replace one of the heaters at the WWTF as it is not functioning properly. By consensus, the board authorized Randy to replace the heater at a cost of $84.00.

Randy reviewed the following reports for the month of November: Permit Monitoring Report, Phosphorus Monitoring Report, and the Water Usage Report. Randy informed the board that he has met with a couple of residents who needed to have water meters inside their homes read. Randy also discussed an Inspection Report he received from the State. The report requested a copy of the Power Failure Plan. Randy has this document; he would like to review it with the Vermont Rural Water Association before he submits it to the State.

Doug asked Randy to test a sample of the water from a water line on the corner of Berthiaume Road and Buck Hollow Road. Randy informed Doug that he will have to submit it to the State, as he does not have the capability at the WWTF to conduct the testing.
