Any time the Selectboard "amends" the previous weeks' minutes, there will be a
statement to that effect in the minutes of the meeting at which the "amending"
occurred.

SELECTBOARD MEETING MINUTES
MONDAY, November 21, 2011
FAIRFAX TOWN OFFICE - 6:30 PM
Selectboard Members Present: Bill Ormerod, Randy DeVine, Chris Santee and Peter King (6:50 PM).
Call to Order: Bill called the meeting to order at 6:35 PM.
Agenda - Employee Evaluations
The purpose of the meeting was to conduct employee evaluations for employees not voted into an office.
*Chris made the motion to enter into Executive Session for personnel matters, without the administrative assistant present, at 6:35 PM.
Randy seconded the motion. Motion carries. Vote 3-0.
*Peter made the motion to exit executive session at 9:47 PM.
Randy seconded the motion. Motion carries. Vote 4-0
Selectboard Orders and Purchase Orders were reviewed and approved.
Minutes 11/14/11:
Chris made a motion approve the minutes as written.
Peter seconded the motion. Discussion: None. Motion carries.
Vote 4-0.
Adjourn:
Peter made a motion to adjourn at 9:54 PM; seconded by Randy.
Motion carries. Vote: 4-0.
