An armed robber held up a convenience store in Milton during the busy morning rush.

Police say a white male entered the Short Stop Mobil on Route 7 and demanded cash from the clerk. Police say the thief indicated he had a knife, but did not pull the weapon.

The suspect is described as 6-foot-2 and 240 pounds. He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and a blue bandanna. If you have information about this crime, you are asked to call the Milton police.
