I still have very few details on the backhoe hit by a train in St. Albans.  From the photos it looks like maybe it happened South of St. Albans.  There must be somebody here in the Fairfax area that knows a bit more about this that isn't on the news.  I suspect maybe the Messenger will have something, but may still not be able to release the name of the individuals involved, although I think by now most of the family must be aware of the situation.
