On Monday evening Lauri Fisher was involved in a major motorcycle accident in Johnson.  A bear came out of a corn field in front of the car she and her husband Dale were following.  Lauri is in Fletcher Allen and has multiple injuries.   She will be having a couple surgeries within the next week.

Lauri is an amazing woman with incredible strength and terrific support from her husband Dale and family.   She is in great spirits and thanks everyone who has inquired about her.

Feel free to leave messages and regards to her here and I will pass them on to her.

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

You're in our prayers, Lauri. You too, Dale.

Lauri & Dale,

This type of news is so difficult to hear.  I know you will pull through this...   My memories of you in high school band are as clear as yesterday.  You have always had a strong spirit and sense of self.  My thoughts are with you.

Good luck on your recovery.

I told my wife that a husband is like a fine wine; he gets better with age. The next day, she locked me in the cellar.

Hi, everyone!

I'm sure that Dale and everyone else up there will pass on your regards to Lauri. I know we all appreciate your thoughts and prayers for her.

I talked with Dale last night, she's getting better, although she was pretty well banged up in the accident.

She's already looking forward to getting out and back on a bike again!

Being a biker, myself, I know the feeling!

Take care and be good to each other! Maybe we'll meet on the roads sometimes when I'm in that area!
