My 6 year old daughter is the one who heard the 19 year old girl crying at the bottom of the driveway. she was home at her Father's house and ran in to tell him that she could hear something crying but it wasn't an animal.  Her Father went down and found the girl laying on the side of the road. She had been either pushed from a car or pushed as her and her boyfriend were walking along, they had been fighting, so there is really not a clear story here. I am so proud of my daughter taking this action of alerting her father.

tlynn66, you can tell your daughter we are proud of her also.  Our young people are so far ahead of what kids were when I was their age.  My grandsons were up this weekend and I was telling them about all the things I didn't have to study because they hadn't happened yet.  I was in grade school during WWII, so didn't study about that -  A lot of smart young people for the future.

Thank you Henry, I agree kids these days are well ahead of where I was when I was young.  I think they have to be, the way the world has changed.

I wonder what the story is, anyone have a name? How could someone leave a person on the side of the road injured? Luckily she was found.

tlynn66, Hats off to your daughter

I try not to attach names here on the forum to Rescue Calls, so would ask that no names be posted in this situation or similar situations of people here in town.  In cases where Rescue is called, many people like not to publicize that, so I try to respect their privacy.  In regards to the fire department, I do publicize more information and Dean & Justin sometimes post information that I was not sure whether to post or not.
