A beautiful day for Pete & Madonne Rainville's Open House - A steady stream of visitors came and were not only treated to seeing the new barn and equipment, but were also treated to Hamburgers, Cheesburgers, Milk, Potato Chips and Ice Cream.  Contributing to these refreshments were Lely + Godin Mechanical, Poulin Grain, Norbco Equipment, St. Albans Coop and Northwest Vets.  There were a number of Farmers there as well as local non farmers.  Also coming to see the new facility were a number of firefighters who were on the scene the night of the fire.

A thank you to all those who helped make this all happen

This large cement tank I believe is a Liquid Manure Pit

The young lady got a reliever to help her on the grill - A busy area

The Rainville's new barn is beautiful! What an amazing contraption that milking robot is! My husband and I were also recipients of a special tour from one of my former students. Thank you, H.! Those Rainville girls really know their cows and how to take care of them! The dairy industry is in good hands with this family. Keep up the good work!
