Apparently the above accident occurred on Thursday afternoon and the following was reported on the Channel 3 news last night.

A Franklin County man was badly injured Friday afternoon in an ATV accident. It happened on the North Cambridge Road in Fletcher. Police believe the driver swerved to avoid an on-coming vehicle and lost control. The ATV went off the road into a stand of trees. The driver was thrown from the vehicle and suffered massive injuries. No word from police on his name or his condition.
