Tuesday, December 12, 9:30-10:30am: Preschool Story Hour Special: Music with Caitlin 
Join us for themed stories, songs, and activities for ages 0-6. No registration necessary for Story Hour. 

Wednesday, December 13, 3-4pm: Lego Club
Kids ages 6+ enjoy themed Lego play after school. This month we will see who can make the tallest tower. Please register.

Thursday, December 14, 3:15-4:15pm:  READ to a DOG
Kids ages 5-10 can read a book of their choice to a fuzzy, friendly dog. Call to reserve a 15-minute slot.

Thursday, December 14, 6:30-7:30:  Family STEAM Night: Join us for this new family program, where each month parents and children will complete fun activities having to do with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and/or Math (STEAM). This month our theme is “Wild Winter” and we will be joined by special guest Kurt Valenta of Exordium. Please register.

Saturday, December 16, 9-11am: Tech Help
Get help with individual tech questions.  You can ask any technological question and/or bring in a device with which you need help. You will be ably assisted by our techie, Josiah. Call to reserve a half hour time slot, or drop in.

Saturday, December 16, 11-12:30: Needle Felt an Ornament
Local artist Nicole Vance leads this hands-on workshop where participants will learn how to needle felt a decorative ornament that can be used on a tree or anywhere in the home. (Ages 8+, youth 8-12 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult.) Must register.

Monday, December 18, 3-4pm: Lab Girls
This club empowers young women to explore science and technology through hands-on experiments and activities. For grades 4-8. This month we will be joined by a UVM Extension Scientist who will lead a workshop on identifying different soil types by feel. Be ready to get your hands dirty!  Must register.
