Library Trustees Meeting
June 22, 2016
Conference Room, 6:30

The meeting was called to order at 6:30.  Kyle Metayer, Pat Gallant, and Liz Griffin were in attendance.
There was neither correspondence nor public input.

The trustees went into Executive Session at 6:30.

The trustees came out of Executive Session at 7:50

The trustees have made the following decision.

During the school year, the Fairfax Community Library will be staffed continuously  by Community Library personnel for the following hours. effective on August 30, 2016, the first student day of school of the 2016-2017 school year:
 
Mondays and Wednesdays:  8:30 am -5:30 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays:  8:30 am – 8 pm
Fridays:  8:30 am-3:15 pm
Saturdays: 9 am-1 pm

Kyle and Pat will discuss this with Debbie on Friday, June 23,  at 11:30


The meeting was adjourned at 8:00.
