SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

  On July 28, 2013 at approximately 2053 hours the Vermont State Police, St.
Albans Barracks was notified of a theft complaint in the town of Fairfield.  The
victim, Carl Gleason, reported a trailer and a tractor implement stolen from his
property in Fairfield.
  The subsequent investigation yielded photo evidence of the theft.  A hunting
camera set up in the area intended to prevent thefts and break-ins
captured the offenders in action.  On 07/26/13 at 1218 hours the offenders, Adam
Wagner and Dennis Charland, were photographed operating an ATV towing the
victim's stolen trailer.
  Wagner and Charland were contacted by the State Police at their residence in
Fairfield and advised of the photo evidence.  Wagner and Charland returned the
property to Gleason.  Wagner and Charland were issued citations to appear before
the Franklin County District Court on 08/26/13 at 1300 hours to answer the
charge of Larceny.
  Attached is the photograph captured by the hunting camera.

The game camera offers a much better picture than I've seen some store surveillance photos have!

They look pretty remorseful! 

I loved my trail camera ... caught my neighbors 53-year old teasing my dogs from the road.  Then he would call the Town and say my dogs were barking - never thought to post!
