DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: Damage to front end, passenger side, and roof.

SUMMARY OF CRASH:
 On July 27, 2013 at approximately 0202 hours the Vermont State Police, St.
Albans Barracks responded to a single vehicle crash on Wilkins Road in the town
of Fairfax.
 The operator, later identified as Justin Bolam, left the scene
prior to police arrival. The vehicle involved was located on its side in the
roadway.  The vehicle was towed by McRae's Auto.
Bolam was located at his residence in the town of Fairfield.  The subsequent
crash investigation led to the arrest of Bolam for Driving Under the Influence.
Bolam was transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.  After
processing Bolam was issued a citation to appear before the Franklin County
District Court on 08/19/13 at 1300 hours to answer the charge of DUI.
