Looked out my back window the other day and noticed this stake on my property (Actually Mary Kay's Property) - Have no idea who put it there as it is definitely in the middle of my lawn which extends out into the corn piece another 100 feet or so.  In case you can't see it, below is a closer up view of it - It is about a couple feet or so high:

It was surveyed for the lagoon going in the back field. Water Monitor will go there to make sure there is no contamination in our yards.  The post will be moved out in the field some as I own some of the land in the field as well.  Made the call and they are looking into it and will get it corrected, so no issues and is for our benefit :-)
