Mary Kay just called me and said "Hey Dad, just found out a fiber cut in St. Albans is preventing you from making and receiving any calls...."
 
Also, I understnd 911 is also down - You can call 849-2773 which is an 849 number and you should get somebody at the fire & rescue station.
