SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 05/09/12 Vermont State Police responded to an abandoned residence next to 1013 Route 207 in the town of Highgate for the call of a burglary. While en route Troopers were advised of a license plate and vehicle description and advised that the vehicle had left the residence. A short time later the vehicle was located by Troopers at a scrap metal business in Swanton. At that time John Tatro, age 28, and Amanda Royea, age 32, were arrested in connection with the burglary. Both were lodged for a lack of $5000 bail and cited into Franklin County Court on 05/10/12.
