DATE/TIME: 4/25/2012 / between approximately 1400 - 1500 hours

LOCATION (specific): Warren Mountain Road, Roxbury, Vermont
VIOLATION: Unlawful Mischief

ACCUSED: Minor (name withheld due to age)
AGE: 15
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Roxbury, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 25th, 2012 Trooper Green of the Vermont State Police Middlesex Barracks responded to a reported juvenile problem at a residence on the Warren Mountain Road in the town of Roxbury. In investigation it was determined that a fifteen year old male juvenile had become aggitated that his cellular phone had been shut off as a disciplinary action by his parents and had caused damage to his parents residence with a sledgehammer. The juvenile was transported to the Middlesex Barracks for processing and isssued a citation to appear in Washington County Family Court on June 7th, 2012 at 12:30pm to answer to the charge of Unlawful Mischief.
