Letting everyone know that I am running for the 2 year position on the Fairfax Select Board. I have been asked to run several times over the years and this time felt like it was time. The Fairfax community has provided great support for me, my family and the organizations that I am involved in. I feel that I have a duty to give back to our community. The time is now for me to pay back my debt to Fairfax by volunteering as a community leader. Thank you Fairfax for being there for me, now it is my turn to be there for you. - David Shea

Though I don't know David personally, I have heard him ask many good questions at meetings over time.  He seems to take time to think/ask/research issues & has always been courteous.  Good news & got my vote for sure!

Good luck to all of the candidates running for selectboard.  The candidates for the 3 year term are both great guys who take pride in their work and families.
