Missing Person, Kyle Powers age 21 of Waterford Vermont.
On the morning of 1/27/2011 family members of Kyle Powers telephoned authorities advising Kyle Powers had not been seen since yesterday afternoon just after 11 in the morning. A Family member reported Kyle missed afternoon appointments at Lyndon State College on 1/26/2011and did not return home during the evening. Family members are very concerned and say this is not characteristic of Kyle. Investigation found that Powers completed a bank transaction just after 11 am on 1/26/11 and has not been seen since. Police are following up on leads that he may have been seen getting gasoline for the vehicle at around 11 am as well.
Kyle Powers is described in the attached PDF document which also contains his photograph. He was last seen driving his parents 2006 Dodge Caravan, Green in color, Bearing Vermont Registration DHK703.
