General Discussion / Re: Dragging these new trash Bins to the main road?
« on: August 03, 2016, 08:45:40 AM »
We called and asked for the smaller (30ish gal) barrels which they delivered to us last week.  They are still a lot bigger than the one we have had for over 30yrs.  We have our new barrels to the curb today hopefully facing the correct way!  Not sure where we will put them in the winter time with the snow banks.  Also they did not roll well in our crushed stone driveway.

I have talked with Duffy's and they have several rates depending on what you would like.  Your containers or theirs.  Senior Citizen and Military special pricing.  One can also have every other week pick up.  You can customize the trash pick up to your needs.

Current News & Events / Senior lunch - special treat
« on: June 16, 2015, 12:58:56 PM »
Today we had BBQ Chicken, mashed potato, coleslaw, rolls, cake with strawberries and a special treat of Ben and Jerry's ice cream that Sue Webb donated as she works there.  It was a strawberry whirl and of course very good.  What we didn't eat she wanted the Fireman to have tonight at their meeting.  Thanks Sue.  We all enjoyed it and I know the fireman will as well.  Sue used to live here in town across from Millie Warren's.
