General Discussion / Getting rid of Suburban Propane« on: June 02, 2014, 10:20:52 AM »
Now that spring has sprung I am on the search for a new propane company. As i know many of you are, I am extremely disappointed in Suburban Propanes price gouging, terrible customer service, & horrible business practices. Looking for suggestions good & bad on other local companies. I have made it my mission to switch before another delivery is needed!

Our 3yr. old female cat has not been home in the last several days & we are becoming concerned. We live on West Street in Fairfax. She is a petite but stocky female orange tiger cat. Her name is Skittles. She is normally very friendly if not too freaked out. If you spot her please post on here. Thanks! We are hoping she's on a hunting excursion!

At one time there was a house in North Fairfax on 104 that had inflatable bounce house rentals. Does anyone know who that was or if they are still doing that? Thanks!

General Discussion / Still Use CAUTION even though storm is over....« on: March 08, 2011, 09:19:37 AM »
Just a reminder to all....even though the the storm is over, people are out near the roadways plowing, shoveling, snowblowing, etc. We should all SLOW DOWN and be CATIOUS of people and cars in the roadways. My husband had to drive off into a ditch yesterday on a back road to avoid what could have been a bad accident. There was a couple at the end of their driveway snowblowing as a speeding car came up over the knoll on their side of the road the gentleman stepped back toward the road and the car going to fast swerved over into my husbands lane. To avoiding hitting the car and possibly pushing it into the people he took the ditch. They were kind enough to help him get out and a possible accident was avoided. PLEASE SLOW DOWN ...THE ROADS ARE VERY SLIPPERY!
